
Which companies will receive my request?
RFP NOW e-Sourcing currently includes all of our display advertisers plus other enrolled subscribers that include integrators, service providers, and manufacturers.
Can we request specific companies receive our information,
and exclude companies as well?
Yes. You have complete control over which companies receive your
request for information, quotes, and proposals. A space is provided on our
form to exclude specfic companies.
Can our request be sent to companies that are outside
of your current advertiser or subscriber base?
Yes. We can send your request to as many as 5 additional companies of
your choice. There is space on each form to direct your requests to specified companies. Our Directory has a complete list of companies.
Can we request service providers within a specific geographic area?
Yes. Our Directory includes providers by state. We can send your request
to providers in a specific region if you require a local service provider.
If we use the RFP NOW service, are we obligated in any way?
There's NO obligation of any kind.
Is ScreenMedia Daily affiliated with any company
that receives our request?
No. ScreenMedia Daily is NOT owned or operated by any digital signage provider, integrator, tradeshow, event, conference, software developer, or hardware manufacturer.
We are the only independent, unbiased source for information on the digital signage and location-based mobile space. We started RFP NOWe-Sourcing to respond to requests from visitors to our portal who were writing to us for additional information about products and services. The RFP NOW e-Sourcing service was created to act as a hub to distribute your information requests to the widest range of providers possible, saving you time and energy to get the answers you need. ScreenMedia Daily's RFP NOW is offered free to all users with the support of our advertisers.
Is my information shared with any third party?
No, your information is kept confidential. ScreenMedia Daily does not sell information about its visitors. Information regarding name, address, phone numbers, e-mail address, and IP addresses are not sold or shared with any third party.
How long does it typically take to get information back?
Your request is usually processed within 24 hours. It's then sent directly to our contacts at each company. Companies receiving your request should respond within 5-to-7 business days. Please note: That once your request is sent, we have no control over how long it takes each company to respond. In addition, some companies may decide to not respond if your request does not fit within their customer profile.
